HADO by Beyond is the first residential project at SIORA, the new beachfront masterplan by BEYOND Developments on Dubai Islands. It is made up of three 21-storey towers holding 678 residences, set directly along a white sand beach that forms part of a six-kilometre continuous shoreline. This variety allows HADO to serve single buyers, couples and larger families within one community.

Amenities are organised around wellness and shared time. Residents have an elevated swimming pool, meditation gardens, yoga and wellness facilities, a spa and shaded terraces, together with a gym and children’s play areas. A chef’s kitchen, a cigar lounge and multipurpose rooms support entertaining, while fourteen boutique retail units at the base of the towers bring dining and lifestyle concepts within walking distance of home. SIORA covers around 2 million square feet, with more than 70 per cent of the land, roughly 1.5 million square feet, given over to open and green space shaped by Japanese garden principles. The district is planned for pedestrians, with shaded pathways, landscaped terraces, walkable streets and continuous access to the beach. Dubai Islands is connected to the mainland by bridge, putting Deira, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina and both of the city’s airports within reach by road.
