Palm Jebel Ali, The Coral Collection is a series of large beachfront villas by Nakheel on Palm Jebel Ali, the 13.4-kilometre island that is taking shape off Dubai’s southern coast with 16 fronds and more than 90 kilometres of shoreline. Unveiled by Nakheel in October 2025, the collection represents the largest villa format on the island, with each home set directly on the beach facing the Arabian Gulf.

Architecture is the defining feature. Nakheel commissioned a group of international practices, SAOTA, LOCI, LW Design Group and NAGA Architects, to create five distinct villa styles named Red Aurora, Porcelain Roses, Redwood, Coral Dune and Sunset Mirage. The developer describes the collection’s character as one of bold geometries and warm, natural palettes, with open transitions between interior living spaces and terraces, gardens and the shoreline. Buyers can therefore choose an architectural language as well as a plot, which is rare in a master-planned community.

Nakheel positions The Coral Collection as its six and seven-bedroom offer, with built-up areas of roughly 11,500 to 12,500 square feet. The island is reached from Sheikh Zayed Road near Jebel Ali and is close to Dubai Marina, Ibn Battuta Mall, Expo City Dubai and Al Maktoum International Airport, the airport at the centre of Dubai’s long-term growth plans for the south of the emirate.

Nakheel created Palm Jumeirah, and Palm Jebel Ali is its largest project to date, aligned with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan. The Coral Collection is an off-plan opportunity best suited to families seeking a principal residence of real scale on the beach, and to long-term buyers who want a signature architectural home in a new island community where the supply of beachfront plots is finite.
